Blood Orange Salad with Passion Fruit Vinaigrette

This blood orange salad features blood oranges, cava oranges, tangerines and grapefruit. Add jicama sticks seasoned with Taj and dressed with a passion fruit vinaigrette.

Peel the citrus, taking a sharp knive and removing as much pith as possible, and slice into wheels.

Remove any seeds, layer fruit on a serving dish, and garnish with jicama matchsticks.

The key to the vinaigrette is reducing the passion fruit nectar. It intensifies the flavor. Place 8 ounces passion fruit nectar in a small saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil and boil until reduced in half.

To make the vinaigrette whisk together olive oil, passionfruit nectar, honey, lime juice, and until well combined; taste, adjust seasoning as needed, and drizzle over salad.

  • 1/2 tsp tajin seasoning
