Milk Chocolate Peanut Pretzel Balls
Today I have an easy, dreamy recipe for you to make for Valentines Day. These are salty, crunchy and wrapped in milk chocolate. Think homemade Reese’s with pretzels.
The great part is how easy they are to make. Kids would love making this recipe. They would love stirring the ingredients together, forming the balls and then later to help dip in chocolate.
Wrap these chocolates in a box tied with a beautiful ribbon and you have a great gift to give to those you love.
Milk Chocolate Pretzel Peanut Balls
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup crushed pretzels
1/4 cup crushed peanuts
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
Stir together peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla. Add in pretzels and peanuts. Form into 1 inch balls. Freeze for 30 minutes. Dip the balls into chocolate. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
