Grab a rolling pin and put on an apron! We’re going to be sifting, whisking, kneading, mixing and measuring
as we bake savory and sweet creations from scratch. You’ll learn skills from the basics of proper measuring
and correct utensil use to cake creations, flaky pie crusts, the basics of working with yeasted dough and master french macaroons.

Students will receive:

  • Their own apron to take home at the end of class.
  • Food styling tips from expert chefs.
  • Photographs of their food creations that they will be sent after class.
  • Electronic recipe packets for long-term use!


Day 1: Breads – Vanilla Bean Scones – Homemade Bread – Pizza Dough – Strawberry Shortcakes

Day 2: Cakes – Chocolate Ganache Frosting – Angel Food cake with orange glaze and strawberries – Dreamsicle Whoopie Pies

Day 3: Pies – Apple Pie Pops – Mini Berry Pies – Bacon Cheddar Quiche – Pie Sticks with Mexican Chocolate Fondue

Day 4: Cookies & Bars – French Macarons – Cookie Dough Brownie Bars – Vanilla Orange Meringues

Day 5: Cupcake Wars
