Corporate and Workplace Wellness Demo Event

Host an on-site, off-site, or virtual cooking demonstration class for your employees. The educational cooking demonstrations are taught by Adventures In The Kitchen Cooking School Chefs.

These classes blend nutrition and tips for creating delicious healthy recipes. Participants will have the opportunity to observe the creations of two recipes and taste the featured dishes.

Menus to choose from include; Super Foods, Gourmet Salads, Not Your Average Lunch Bag, & Mediterranean  Healthy Cooking.

• Learn lunch and dinner ideas your friends and family will love to
• Learn ways to make healthy choices during the week
• Sample recipes at the class

Contract and Deposit: There is no deposit due at the time of booking your event. The balance is due the day of the event.

Cancellation: If something unexpected arises and you are unable to have the event please let us know immediately. The deposit is refundable at 50% up to 30 days prior to your event. Less than 30 days’ notice on cancellation without rescheduling forfeits your deposit.

Special Request: If you have clients or co-workers with allergies please let us know prior to your event and we will work with you to make accommodations.
