Give Back with A Cooking With Love Corporate Event
Are you looking to bond with your team while making a difference? Cooking With Love is an opportunity for your team to spend a few hours in the kitchen preparing a meal for a family or group in need.
Cooking With Love is a unique and powerful way to bring corporate teams together for an interactive team-building cooking workshop while giving back to the community. This component, which can be added to any event, involves guests working together to create delicious meals; one meal to be enjoyed by you and your guests during your event, and one to be donated to The Sheepfold or another local shelter.
You will learn about the group and possibly dine with some of the members. This class combines the fun of a culinary team-building class with the opportunity to give back to our community.
When you choose the Cooking for a Cause option, you will make one, two, or three approachable one-dish meals to be delivered to one of the charities above. Adventures In The Kitchen will package, coordinate and deliver your donations with (or without) your company’s name attached.
Afterward, you’ll enjoy a meal that our chefs have catered for you, and in some cases – that you have partially prepared yourself (dependent upon specific menus selected and the time required to prepare donated dishes). At the end of your efforts, you’ll be sitting down to relax and enjoy a delicious meal served while you bask in your sense of accomplishment and goodwill.
With Adventures In The Kitchen’s Cooking With Love option not only will you learn new culinary techniques and experience an effective team building event, but you will also fill a genuine need by making a cherished donation to those less fortunate.
