A little over a year ago, a great new Italian restaurant, Canaletto’s opened in Fashion Island. Fashion Island is that great outdoor shopping center in Newport Beach. Pineapple Stir Fried Rice

It is officially summer and I love the foods of summer. Yesterday I went to my farmers market and stocked up on some great fruit and veggies for the week.
