Cake Batter White Chocolate Cocoa
Hot white chocolate cocoa made with steamed milk, cream and a shot of cake batter vodka.

- 1 1/2 cups Low fat Milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or half & half
- 6 ounces white chocolate chopped
- 2 shots Cake vodka
- Whipped Cream
- Sprinkles
In a small sauce pan melt white chocolate in 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup heavy cream, over medium heat. Stir often.
Steam and froth 1/2 cup milk.
In two mugs pour the white chocolate mix and add one shot of vodka to each. Top with 1/2 the frothed milk. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
