  • 1 ball Burrata cheese
  • 1 pint mini heirloom tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups watermelon cubed
  • 3 cups arugula
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette


  • Break up burrata cheese on plate. ┬áPlace arugula in the center. Top with tomatoes and watermelon.
  • Spoon balsamic vinaigrette over the top.
