Ojai Pixie Salad with White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped endive
  • 1 cup chopped radicchio
  • 2 Ojai Pixies or tangerines
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pecans
  • White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 slices French bread toasted
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh herbs

Instructions

  • Mix together radicchio, endive, and tangerines. Toss with vinaigrette and sprinkle pecans on top.
  • Serve with toasted french bread slices topped with goat cheese and chopped fresh herbs.
