  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 scoop fiber powder
  • 1 cup fruit
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • Handful of ice if the fruit is fresh

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and mix.
