Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped endive
  • 1 cup chopped radicchio
  • 2 Ojai Pixies or tangerines
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pecans
  • White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 slices French bread toasted
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Mix together radicchio, endive, and tangerines. Toss with vinaigrette and sprinkle pecans on top.
  2. Serve with toasted french bread slices topped with goat cheese and chopped fresh herbs.
