Rosemary Thyme Pita Chips

I made these Rosemary Thyme Pita Chips for my Oscar party a few weeks ago. I saw the recipe on Food 52 and knew this would be a good one. The honey coated pita sprinkled with fresh herbs and sea salt makes for a crisp and tasty chip.


You can play around with it. I was thinking a bit of red pepper might be nice. Serve with some cheese for a pre dinner appetizer. This is a recipe that would be great to do with kids. Let them brush on the butter and honey and then sprinkle the herbs. You could even let them cut the pita with kitchen scissors.
