1/4 pound bacon
Sour Cream

Instructions

Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut bacon strips in half and form into a circle around each of the waffle fries. Place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Remove from oven and top with sour cream.
