Easter is just around the corner! I took a week off and went on a road trip from Dallas to New Orleans with my bestie of 30 years. We became friends very young:) I can’t wait to share all the goodness of New Orleans.

How To Host An Egg Hunt

Bacon Potato Mini Bites


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Waffle fries
  • 1/4 pound bacon
  • Sour Cream


Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cut bacon strips in half and form into a circle around each of the waffle fries. Place on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
  3. Remove from oven and top with sour cream.
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
