Fiber One Mixin Competition

I was asked to take part in the Fiber One Mixins Competition. How fun is that! Fiber One Cereals make a great base for snack mixes that everyone will love. They are sharing 30 mixing ideas in 30 hours. They are easy no bake treats that allow you to mix and match your favorite snacks.

Recently, I was asked to create three different mix ins I had this crazy idea to create them using my favorite ice cream and frozen yogurt combinations.

The Salty Chocolate Peanut Butter mix was inspired by my favorite ice cream. I love the combination of salty pretzels, chocolate and peanut butter. Start with Fiber One 80 Calories Chocolate and add chocolate malt balls, peanut butter filled pretzels, mini peanut butter cups, chocolate covered pretzels and peanuts.

For a healthier snack try mixing Fiber One Nutty Clusters with dried strawberries, peanuts and yogurt pretzels. The dried strawberries create a tart bite to the sweet and salty mix. You can feel good about serving these to your family. The Fiber One Honey Squares would be a great substitute.

Start your morning by adding mix ins to your morning bowl of cereal. This Chocolate Almond Raspberry bowl of cereal seems decadent but with . Fill the bowl with Fiber One 80 Calorie Chocolate cereal and pour Chocolate Almond Milk on top. Sprinkle fresh raspberries, chocolate covered cocoa nibs and almonds on top. It is dessert for breakfast but it’s healthy.
