Instructions
Place potatoes and garlic in a pan and cover with water. Add one teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil and cook until tender. Drain and put the pan back on the burner for a minute to dry out the potatoes. Put through a rice or in a bowl to mash.
While potatoes are cooking melt the butter in a saucepan and cook over medium low heat until the butter turns a brown nutty color. Remove from heat
