At our Tweens & Teens Mini Cook Camp, kids will master basic cooking techniques. They will learn how to make pasta, whip up salad dressings and bake tasty summer desserts. Each day they will practice their knives skills and learn to slice and dice like a pro.

Day 1 – Italian & Pasta – Homemade Pasta Dough, Tomato Sauce from Scratch, Basil Pesto, Salad Dressings, Panzanella Salad, Basic Knife Skills
Day 2 – Chop & Grill – Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs, Lime Cilantro Rice; Veggie Lo Mein, Shortcake Showdown
Tweens & teens will build confidence, learn about kitchen safety, gain an understanding of nutrition, make new friends, and above all—have the most fun they’ve ever had in the kitchen! Space is very limited so sign up today!
