		<description>Is it possible to have a bad dish that has hoisin in it?  I agree and I always try to make my own bbq sauce.  The flavors are so much better and the options are endless.

Heck I may have to do something similar to this with that slab of pork that is relaxing in the fridge waiting for a use.
