Bucatini All’Amatriciana

This weekend I had a craving for pasta and decided to try a dish I have been looking at for awhile.  It is Bucatini All’Amatriciana.  I found a recipe from Babbo New York by Mario Batali.  The dish is named for the tiny town of Amatrice in Italy. Hello again….Blondies as a peace offering

I am sure you thought she is gone, she is done.  2009 started off with lots of work, some awful bug going around and much change.  But some of the change is good..I moved providing a bigger kitchen and a double oven to cook more goodies for you.
