Thai Chicken Saute

I have been looking for small light recipes to try.  I am sure I am not the only one looking to watch what I am eating.  I am determined to find some tasty low fat recipes to add to my recipe box. First try was Thai Chicken from Cooking Light.  It was quick to make.  I liked it, probably not loved it but a good first try. Chocolate Ganache Cake

  Ok, so this isn’t on anyone’s New Years Diet but just remember it for that special occasion.  I know it looks so simple, maybe a bit plain.  Don’t let that fool you.  This is a decadent cake.  It is also super easy to make and is very forgiving.  Undercooked a bit it is a gooey fudgy cake. Happy New Year from Adventures in the Kitchen!

What a year 2008 was. It was the birth year of this blog and held many cooking adventures for me. I hope to improve my writing on this site and provide more interesting photos. I want to focus on tasty but inexpensive meals and on cooking light. Well, at least for some of the meals.  I plan to become a Barefoot Blogger as I love Ina Garten recipes.
