		<description>was the filet in the picture cooked to medium rare, or rare?  I want to make this for Thanksgiving, and don&#039;t want to over cook.  I want the meant to look just like the picture.

I&#039;m a big Ina fan, I love her recipes.  
I actually made this last  year, but i put two 4 lb filets in the oven at the same time, as i was serving about 15 people, and it was good, but it took a lot longer than 22 minutes to cook.  My nephew, who owns a restaurant happened to have a grill pan in his car, and we finished the cooking on the stovetop.  It probably took so long because I had two filets in the oven at the same time, and placed them in the same pan, side by side.</description>
